Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during checkout.
This email confirms that we have received your order. Please note that order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order. All orders are subject to review, availability, and verification.
Processing Time
As a small business, we carefully prepare each order before shipment.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, product launches, promotions, or periods of unusually high demand.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at: contact@pettitpetfashion.com
We can only make changes or cancellations before an order has been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Shipping Within the United States
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and may vary depending on location and seasonal demand.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. If you're located elsewhere, please contact us at contact@pettitpetfashion.com and we'll do our best to assist you.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Pettit is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at contact@pettitpetfashion.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue whenever possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Pettit is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.
Promotional Codes
Promotional codes must be applied during checkout and cannot be added after an order has been placed.
Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
Promotional offers are valid for a limited time and cannot be applied retroactively.
